Passive monthly cash flow

I am a retired Real Estate Investment Broker. I and former clients live off our cash flow. I am no longer a hands on investor. Tax liken certificates sound interesting based on my research to date.

My question: Does anyone know of a way to earn a passive monthly income from Tax lien certificates?...........possibly partnering?

Thank you

Steve

Hi Steve, my 2 cents - CA issues tax deeds on properties with taxes delinquent for 5 or more years, or if the owner has not enrolled in the county's Five Year Payment Plan. CA does not issue tax lien certificates.

And my 3rd cent is - watch out for tax lien guru's. Like with everything else RE related, there are gurus on this subject also.
