What Usually Kills a Deal for You?

Tim Joslen
Posted

When you’re evaluating a deal, which factor ends up killing it most often?

• Numbers not penciling out after rehab
• Financing terms falling apart
• Exit strategy risk
• Tenant or management concerns

Curious how others are filtering deals before getting too deep. Always looking to refine my underwriting process.
