MARKETING FOR NOTE SELLERS FAST!!

Hey, Bigger Pockets LAND!!  I closed a deal selling a note in South Carolina to a note buyer in California last month, and since NOT EVERYONE knows how to do that, I wanted to market for A LOT MORE sellers whose mortgage note info I can pass on to my buyers who are READY TO BUY!!!  This is more fun than flipping / wholesaling houses, because I HAVE BUYERS RIGHT THIS SECOND, which is TOTALLY different from BEGGING someone to buy the house that I had under contract and working for MONTHS for a mere referral fee $1000.00!!  How can I market to note sellers, without paying $1000.00 each month, OR do I NEED to pay $1000.00 for marketing, to keep the deals rolling along each month???  What can someone teach me that THEY did that helped THEM make some money FAST over the next few weeks???

What yield are your cash buyers looking for?  There are tones of places you can get notes. I am sure Joe or I could sell you all the notes you want at 10 or 12%.

If you are looking to source from holders desperate to get out and willing to sell at a large discount then you will need to get a marketing list and follow it up on a regular basis.
