Need to Speak with someone who Bought Tax Deed Properties in PA
Hello To the respected member of this fine community.
Hoping to speak with someone who has bought Tax Deed properties in PA.
I am a real estate professional and do know quite a bit but has never went through this particular process. Please someone respond, i have a few questions:
1) How to best approach former owners
2) Should i bit on properties that have mortgages and if so is it possible to negotiate with the mortgage company for a stay until i sell the property
