I'm seeking good resources (books, CD's, DVD's, kits) to find out more about Notes, Lease-Option, and Subject To items.

Would appreciate hearing about your good, bad & ugly experiences. Anyone utilizing Wendy Patton's resources? If so, how successful has the material and support been?
