Tax Liens
I have this house under contract with outstanding liens in violations. We were able to mitigate those liens down to zero!!!!!!(from 1.2million!!!!) Which is from what I hear an amazing feat as that rarely happens. I may be pushing my luck but I'm looking to do the same with the tax liens. If there's a similar process for the tax liens, how would I go about getting that process started. I would really appreciate it!!!!!
