Servicers for full workout
My servicing company just closed shop, and was trying to get a feel for what people are now using, good or bad. I am only interested in companies that will do the full-service workouts on non-performing notes, primarily seconds, on behalf of investor. I really like FCI for performing notes, but what about non-performing seconds? Recommendations for companies that do full workouts?
