advice regarding notes from multiple states under one LLC

Hi all. I'm new to the notes business. I'm about to purchase a pool of 5 notes in different states. My LLC is in Florida. Are there any tax issues with that? Is it OK not to pay any state tax although the properties are in states where there is state tax?
