Hello everybody I am from Bay Area California

I have a full time job and actively listen to most of the podcasts. Due to my working hours and hot California real estate, I am realizing that buying notes could be a direction i want to head to. Have been doing some research but yet little skeptical to get started. Any words of wisdom on to how to get started is much appreciated.
