How much cash do you keep relative to you various debt obligations? If not cash-cash, what liquid form and how much?

It's my HELOC same as yours. I don't transfer I access it directly using a debit card and checks drawn on the account. My rate right now is 3.3%, practically free.
I avoid the hassles and additional costs of going through a business. It isn't necessary for me as I have no employees.
