1st Position Note Fund for sophisticated investor

Still looking for more suggestion on a note fund that invest in primarily first positions and offers a monthly or quarterly return from day one for a sophisticated investor prefer 2yr  or less tie up commitment ( if all goes well of course I would extend) with an entry dollar amount around $25-50K.

The other alternative is to buy an entitlement on an existing note.  Buy 5 years of payments, on two notes for 20k each and @ month 25 you should have enough for 3rd note.  The fourth one kicks in @ month 41, and the 5th one @ month 53.  At month 60 the first two fall off but by month 64 you should be adding again.
