Seller carry back notes for sale and Experian Note holder list?

Hello,

I'm searching for other ways of finding first position, performing notes for sale and I'm hoping you can help. 

Has anyone bought Experian's Note holders list and used it for a marketing campaign? 

Any other note holder list generating sites I should be aware of? 

Is there a way to get these lists directly from the county recorder/clerk's office?

Any input and advice is greatly appreciated.
