TAX LIENS AND DEEDS (INFORMATION NEEDED)

Hello BP,

I am currently a landlord for my duplex but, I recently have some interest in tax lien and deed properties.  This past weekend I went to a seminar about this process but I am not interested in paying $4,000 to learn how to invest in these properties.  Does anyone have any great books or programs they can recommend to me for learning how to invest in these properties the right way?  Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

@Jermaine Gourdine You can learn a lot here on BP. I had an attorney say "buy me breakfast and I will tell you whatever you want to know about tax sale." He wanted by business as a tax sale client.

One of the best places is often the county website.  Rules vary tremendously from state to state, sometimes from county to county. So info specific to the area you want to invest is important.
