Software for Note Management

I am curious.. what software do you use to management your note business? I can see as your number of notes increase, this can be a project management nightmare if one tries to use just excel!

For example: a software that shows you..... Which notes are in the due diligence stage, which as in Loss Mitigation, which ones are in the foreclosure,... your tasks for today/this week.... as you move a property from one stage to another smart automation applies tags, triggers emails, ....

Then, when you click a property, it gives you all the information. Who you bought it from. what you paid, who you joint ventured with, all the emails that involve that property, a link to your collateral file, ....

I have Infusionsoft for another business. I am not sure this is a great solution.

I've heard of folks using Pipedrive. I like the graphical nature of pipedrive.

Your insight would be appreciated.

Thanks,

George

On some of the older NoteMBA podcasts, they mentioned NoteWerx. I'm still new to notes and had planned on checking it out as I get going, but it looks like the NoteWerx website is no longer active. Not sure what happened to it (haven't made it through all the podcasts yet, so not sure if they give an update on it later or not).
