Note Investing is about Service

In doing some reflection on why I got into Note Investing, it all come back to SERVICE.  Note Investing is all about serving others with compassion and caring.  A formal definition of service is “the action of helping or doing work for someone.”  In our case that service applies to:

1) The note seller

2) The borrowers you are helping

3) All the vendors you are supporting

4) The neighborhood the borrower lives in being uplifted

5) The town & county of the property being uplifted

6) The macroeconomy as a whole

7 ) If you do everything right, you will serve yourself in the end

How beautiful is that?  If you are on the fence about note investing and love to serve, take action in 2018!  Regardless of how you jump in the game, just jump in.

There was a thread just the other day that I think might help answer your questions:
