Hello, everyone. I'm not getting much feed back on my discussions so I'm hoping someone will come with some kind of advice. I'm trying to learn as much as i can before I start my journey. There is a site, Alabama tax revenue, that I use to find the properties. I have found out how to find the address to these properties. I came across a property that I went to check out and I'm very interested in it. I filled out the application for it on the website. I'm guessing they will email me on Thursday with a quote and where to send the payments and they claim they will send the deed in the mail. Can anyone give me any advice on this. Anything helps, thanks!!!
Denise Evans, a me,bet here, has some YouTube videos and good educational info on AL tax lien properties.
Hi @Tamika Rue , there is a lot to know. If you will search my blog posts and forum comments on BP, you will have a good head start. I have additional info and materials on my website, but BP is the best place to start.
The first thing is to do as much research on the property as you can, location, size, transaction history, tax record, assessed value, ownership information, any lien on the property etc. You can do most of the research online now, http://www.zipinsight.com offers all these information, there are also other online resources as well.
