Note investing - Part time??

Over past few months I have found out there is an Industry of Note Buyer Boot camps / Gurus/ home study courses.. etc..

There are great resource / and education materials available.   I don't know if it is a question of education??

I question if a "civilian" such as myself can get into this business part time?    Deal flow / networking, is the hardest aspect of the business.

Buying retail notes from online brokers is easy.  The competition is tight for finding wholesale seller financed notes, especially to the individual / "retail" investor?

I would love to hear from the BP community if anyone has had success buying seller financed (wholesale) notes part time.

I got into the notes business part time and did it working a JOB for a good number of years before I went full-time with notes. It’s possible but you have to have the time to dedicate to it in terms of finding the assets, doing your due diligence and raising the capital to make it work. I would not listen to the guy who told you to ask your stockbroker. They know nothing about where to find notes and I assure you they will not be the person that sells them - just my two cents there...
