Note marketplace forums for buying/selling?

Question

Can anyone recommend any good note buying marketplace forums for buying/selling. I have a note on a property in first position at only 10% LTV. I'm actually looking to get a loan against it as collateral but figured there may be investors interested in a specialized forum like that. From my understanding, BiggerPockets doesn't allow these types of posts. Any other resources or ideas on finding investors for something like this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yep most use paperstac.

We also sell notes and just put out a tape of 25 assets for sale

There are a number of groups on Facebook, like Nationwide Note Closers Group. Much more activity than LinkedIn

There is a forum on LinkedIn:  Distressed 2nd Mortgages Group

I haven't spent too much time in that group but it appears to be what you are looking for regardless of the name of the group.

There are a few facebook groups that are pretty active. Keep in mind that even with such a low LTV, you might not find anyone to lend above the UPB of the note.

Even if you do, those that lend using a note as collateral will charge you hard money rates. Take a look at local banks though.

@Nate J.  Several other options.  FCI Exchange, LoanMLS. If you're a pro member you can  post there. Also there are note brokers. PaperSource has a directory. I'm one of the investors you're looking for. I buy partials on 1st position seller finance loans as do many others.
