Government Owned Tax Liens
Evening BP,
I went into the assessor records in my local county and found the list of government owned tax liens. Has anyone on here invested in these properties? I was thinking about direct mailing the owners of the properties about purchasing their properties and wanted some insight.
I’m a little concerned about pursuing properties that people overlooked in the auction, but figure I may as well mail and see what to do from there. What reasons do properties usually end up being government owners tax liens?
