Washington DC Tax Sale investors?

The DC tax sale is being held July 16-17. Anyone know any DMV investors who use this strategy and are likely to attend?

I'm interested in shadowing someone and using the experience to write a BP blog post or turn it into a podcast segment.

Also, even if you don't know any names -- any guidance on how to track down investors who bought at last year's sale would be much appreciated.
