Promissory note for investment property

hi,

We purchased an investment property using HELOC under our name. We want to move the property to an LLC after we get a cash out refi loan. Is it possible to write a promissory note from my LLC once we move the property to me to cover Heloc  repayment? I am trying to see I can avoid going thru a refi process and also have a tax advantage..
