Physical System Set Ups for Note Investing

I'm partial to physical systems despite growth and the need for more cloud based systems. I'm curious what physical systems/set ups everyone uses for note investing and WHY?

@Martin Saenz You're like my business partner, who likes it old school. I refuse to use most of his systems and it's a running joke between us. He likes to make physical copies, print things out, staple them together, and file them away. I'm all about the new way of doing things. Digital copies in multiple places provide enough redundancy for me where I feel like I won't lose anything.

I minimize any kind of paper files to one drawer in my desk. Once a loan is boarded into our system and the last AOM and Allonge are added, the physical collateral file gets locked up and is rarely accessed.
