Advice on Note Portfolio

Troy Blackmon
Posted

I have the opportunity to help a land developer achieve some liquidity. He is currently holding a portfolio of notes on land, zoned for SFR. The note values range from $20k to $200k, with LTVs from .5 to .9, 30 yr amortization at 10-12%. These would be a solid investment for someone... I'm not experienced with the various options on structuring this type of investment, or the best place to market the opportunity. The portfolio can be broken up into various sizes/amounts. Total of around 500 notes.

Thanks for any direction, advice, or guidance.

Hi Andy! Thanks... Austin is a great area! It's gonna be a hot week, especially for someone from CA, but I'm sure you'll have a great time. I'd encourage you to look west, towards Marble Falls. Beautiful area! Enjoy your vacation.
