Hello Everyone!

I’m very new and I am working on a off market deal, I was hoping to get some recommendations on a title company in the Milwaukee, WI area.

This would be a cash buy on a duplex that needs rehab. I’m just trying to do some due diligence on the property to make sure there aren’t any outstanding liens.
