Alabama Tax Deed - Land Rights
Hey, so I want to buy some land that is up for sale via tax deed. Do I have the same rights as properties. For example if this is a tax deed property, I have to wait 3 years before i can quite the title? I think I may have saw the answer on one of Denise Evans responses but i can not find it now. I just wanted to make sure before I buy this tax deed for this property and I have to file an ejectment law suit before my time starts.
