Who's Note Tapes Can Be Trusted?

Good afternoon BP community,

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to ask this on here on BP.  What are some trusted sources y'all use for tapes?

I'm getting ready to buy my first NPN here soon. I've accumulated a few sources and am unsure of their legitimacy. I appreciate any help y'all can provide.

 Ask them the following questions:

Are they the owner of the notes or a broker?

If brokering, are they direct to the seller?

Who is servicing the notes?

Who is on the last chain of assignments?

Also if you or others are not familiar with the seller, and your first time buying, would be wise to setup an escrow account to do the transaction.
