Section 8 Voucher Program

Now that the city of Minneapolis has passed the ordinance prohibiting landlords from rejecting applicants on Section 8, do you think this will have much, if any, impact?

It seems like landlords can easily get around this by establishing set income criteria that would be above the threshold for someone on the Section 8 voucher program...  Also somebody could set rents a little high and offer an "early pay" or cash discount....  Both of these seem like ways a landlord could get around this ordinance....

Last - Do any of you accept Section 8?
