Local Recommended General Contractors

Hi,

I'm getting into the wholesale business in the Kansas City are and read that it's a good idea to have a guestimate of how much a rehab might cost when trying to pass on to buyers.  I'm not familiar with trying to price out a rehab.  I saw some people were hiring general contractors to do this for the first few until you get the hang of it. 

Do you recommend any general contractors for these walk-throughs?
