Laundry Lease in Kansas City

Hello beautiful people of BP,

The property I recently acquired has on-site coin operated laundry that is currently leased. Honestly, at this time I prefer to NOT own my own laundry in order to minimize my involvement with it.

Is there a consensus "best" place to lease laundry equipment? Obviously my goal is least amount of responsibility with highest percentage of profits. If you have any experience w/ this, I'd appreciate any input.

I will tell you, laundry leases are vicious from every place I've seen them. So we prefer to buy. It's not that expensive after all. Something to at least consider.
