Property Title Deed Transfer

Hi, I recently purchased my first investment property in Prairie Village. I setup an LLC as well. What is the best way to transfer the title of the property from my name to my LLC? Is it as easy as going down to the Johnson County courthouse with a Quitclaim deed and giving it to them? Is there any other details I need to cover? Thank you, Luke Naccarato
