Those of you who invest in KC how do you get comps?

I do a lot of research on Realtor.com and all my purchases have been off the mls. I am looking at the KC area and a big part of my research is using the sold metrics from realtor.com. For some reason in the KC market it won't show. Wondering if there is an alternative way to research solds without a realtor.

@Ronda R. I understand. If you focus on certain neighborhoods, you'll get to know the values in those areas well. Keep in mind though that Kansas City can vary street to street so you have to be aware of that when looking at prices.
