Meetup in KCMO on 7/7

(Hope I'm posting this in the right place now).
Hope you're doing well. I'll be visiting Kansas City (Missouri side) this weekend to check out a property and meet a turnkey operator. I'll be free on the evening of the 7th and would love to hang out with some local investors in a more casual setting!
