Kansas City investment
We currently own real estate in Colorado Springs, CO. However, our market is becoming to expensive and cash flow is not that great in this market. We are in the beginning stages of looking for property in Kansas City.
What are some good neighborhoods to invest in? We prefer more family friendly neighborhoods and class b to class a investments.
