Labor/'House'-Hack Opportunity in KCMO (Kansas City, MO)
I am closing on a self-storage property in Kansas City, MO here in about two weeks. There is a nice 1 bedroom house on the property. I am looking and/or open to the following if anyone has any interest:
-Extremely reduced rent in exchange for some very light labor.
-For the right person/couple, potentially extremely reduced rent + $ in exchange for some physical labor and administrative/management duties.
-I am easy/enjoyable to work with.
