Property Owned by the City

I recently ran into a property while driving for dollars that was city-owned. How can I purchase this property? And is there anything I should consider that can affect a deal when dealing with city-owned properties?

I doubt it's owned directly by the city...if it is, it may be under a different program...check the county auditor transfer history to get the story of the property

I'm assuming this is in a qualified Opportunity Zone as well?
