Wholetailing in Viva Las Vegas ???

Hello my fellow Las Vegas NV real estate champs! I’m new to the BiggerPockets family and very excited to make new contacts this year! I am a 28 yr old construction manager/estimator student and wholesaler in the valley wondering how our market is in WHOLETAILING ?? I have a few deals lined up and have been advised to possibly wholetail instead of wholesale them. Any comments on wholetailing SFH in Las Vegas ?
