Is there profitable investing going on in Reno in 2021?

Hello, Steve here and I'm new to BP and I live in Reno NV. I am wondering if there is any profitable investing and wholesale work going on in Reno in 2021? I have about 5 months of time off and would like to learn from an established individual that can show me how and where to start learning the Reno market. I'm not able to do manual labor at the moment but I can learn to do research, analysis, and all the other necessary things an investor needs to know. @Steve Lopez Welcome to BP!Your request is usually a sticky one.The short answer is "Yes".  Yes, there are profitable deals being made.  However, it is a tight and competitive market.  So, finding someone to share secrets or systems might take some work in this environment.I would suggest you spend the time researching the market (focus on price/sqft in Reno) and construction costs.  Knowing the numbers is crucial to success.
