Good evening,
I am currently in the military looking to transfer to somewhere between boston and portland. I am looking for areas that i should buy a duplex under $250,000
here are my areas of interest:
Durham to rochester
south berwick ME
Saco/Biddeford ME
lewiston auburn augusta maine
haverhill ma
please let me know what you think and if there are more areas i should be looking at!

@Kyle Jenkins The Saco/Biddeford area is very active right now. 2, 3, and 4 unit properties come on the market and go under contract quickly. The rents have moved up and there is a lot of activity in the area. If you are interested in discussing further, I would be happy to connect.
