Greetings NH BP community -- I'm an out of state investor and looking to invest in 2br or 3br condo in the Concord/Manchester/Derry/Londonderry area. I'm looking for a property below $110k in a well-run HOA.

Any tips regarding well-run/desirable condo communities to target? Any HOAs I should definitely avoid? Thanks all!
