I'm new in NEWARK,NJ

Hello,

I'm new to REI and looking to make my first investment. I've been looking around Newark, NJ but am open to similar markets. My ideal investment would be multi-family with 3 units, strictly passive investment from rental cash flow.

My goal for the next 2 years is to purchase 4-5 multi-families.
