SFR BRRRR Possibilities in Albuquerque
Hey everyone, I'm looking into investing in the Albuquerque market and was hoping to get some insight from any investors and realtors in the area. I'm interested in using the BRRRR process with single family residences (preferably 3+ bedrooms) and I have about $175k in capital to work with for the purchase price, closing costs and rehab. Would this be workable in the Albuquerque market from what you all have experienced?
