Brooklyn, NY Market Questions

Hi everyone,

My business partner and I own two small buildings in Brooklyn. One pure residential and one has commercial on bottom with a residential unit on top. Both buildings have renovation projects that we would eventually like to do. One building would take a year and the other close to two years before all is complete. We would ideally want to sell the buildings upon completion.

Neither of us live in Brooklyn anymore, I would love to hear people's opinions on the near future (next 1-24 months) of the Brooklyn market. Thanks so much everyone!

Lev
