Charlotte Local Bank Recommendations

Hello All, 

I was wondering if any fellow Charlotte, NC investors recommend a small local bank that is bullish on real estate? I use big banks (Wells and BofA) for my other businesses, but I want to start building a relationship with a small local bank for REI. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Many local investors using Josh Williams at First Community Bank in Huntersville NC.  Also recommend you talk with Yadkin Bank.
