I've lived in Charlotte since 2012 but have yet to invest in the city or the surrounding market. My entire portfolio of ~50 units is in the Columbia, South Carolina market and is all residential investments. Would like to meet and/or connect with some commercial investors/brokers as I'm interested in transitioning some of my investments to the commercial side when the market comes back down again. Particularly interested in NNN and retail investments.
