Ideas for materials sourcing?

Where do you buy materials for fix and flips in Charlotte?  BP users say "check local suppliers" but it seems we end up at the big box stores every time. We flip north of the city, so far first time buyer level homes.  Not many options locally accept for Lowes and HD.  Specifically looking for big ticket items like granite suppliers, flooring, appliances, HVAC installers?  Any recommendations appreciated!

You can get much of this info at local investor groups.  In the Hobby Millionaire Charlotte meetings (find on meetup.com), we have a section on each meeting for needs & wants.  You can network with other investors for this info. Meetings multiple days each week.

Other than HD & Lowes, you can also use Builders Supply in Pineville and Surplus Warehouse on Independence Blvd.  Surplus Warehouse even has prefabbed granite!!
