Guidance in Charlotte?

Hello BP Family,

I am new to REI and really would like to connect with experienced professionals. My partner and I attended a Flipping Formula seminar where they offered their expertise and mentorship for $40k. We decided not to pursue that venture and are determined to get started on our own. So far we have created an LLC and are now looking into our financing options. If there is anyone in the Charlotte area that would like to connect on how you got started in this field it would be greatly appreciated.
