Moving to Charlotte area
Hey fellow BPers. I am moving to Charlotte from the Raleigh area in a few weeks and wanted to connect with some local active real estate investors. I'm currently building 40 units north of Charlotte to hold as rentals and 2 spec homes to sell off. I'll be living in Ballantyne so hopefully I can meet some local folks who are getting together on a regular basis. Look forward to connecting!

@Igor S. there are a couple REIA meetups that I go in Charlotte. The first two are in-person and the third one is online.
