2nd investment property finance options
Good afternoon! Wife and I are interested in a town home close to our primary residence for short term rental (pending HOA restrictions) We have another property (lived in for 3 yrs prior) that we converted to a long term rental after purchasing our current place. For financing I assume we need to have 20-25% ltv and classify as an investment property? Any advice is appreciated or contacts that are familiar with short term rental financing south Charlotte area thanks in advance !
