South Park redevelopment... continues
New development infill at Hoke and S. East. Yet another South Park project. To me, this area has hit 'critical mass' and I expect bulldozers to continue the march. Here's also a about some of the area history. There are still infill lots throughout. Makes me wonder why SP isn't mentioned in more BiggerPockets topics.
