Hard Money Load for 1st timer.
Does anyone know of a hard money lender that will do 100%? I am actually looking to do a no money down flip. I dont have the large amount of capital to invest. This would be my 1st deal. I see on all the hard money sites they ask about deal experience. Is that a determining factor in approval? I am not sure where to start with securing funding I am interested in fix and flip
